Week Eight Check-In


December seems so far away. It’s hard to believe it’s only been eight weeks.

I celebrated my birthday with a nice dinner and ate about three bites. Meals are so small, and I have to make sure I’m drinking enough water throughout the day.

I joined a gym and am now swimming every morning before work. I’d forgotten how tough swimming is when you haven’t done it in a few years.

I am now down a magical 45 pounds.
